NLCIUS

NLCIUS is the Dutch national profile of EN 16931, expressed as SI-UBL. It tightens the core invoice for Dutch practice (KVK/OIN identification, payment specifics) and is used alongside Peppol BIS on the dense Dutch Peppol network.

In practice most Dutch traffic is plain Peppol BIS; NLCIUS matters for government-adjacent flows and Dutch-specific requirements (OIN addressing for public bodies). Both ride the same network and the Dutch Peppolautoriteit governs providers. See the Netherlands country guide.
