Peppol vs RO e-Factura
RO e-Factura is Romania's mandatory central platform — domestic B2B and B2C invoices must be submitted there in RO_CIUS format. Peppol handles cross-border invoices and B2G procurement documents; providers bridge Peppol/UBL flows into e-Factura automatically.
