How to connect

  1. Register with a Peppol-certified Service Provider such as Verteco.
  2. Verify your company (APR/PIB) and confirm identifier ownership.
  3. Your PIB is registered on the Peppol network for cross-border flows.
  4. Domestic invoices continue through SEF; providers can bridge both.

Serbia has no Peppol Authority; the domestic mandate runs on the central SEF platform (Serbian UBL profile). Providers bridge SEF and Peppol for companies trading in both worlds.

Penalties

Fines from RSD 200,000 to 2 million for legal entities issuing or receiving invoices outside SEF where it is mandatory.
